We arrived in the evening and were warmly greeted by the staff at the ryokan. The traditional tatami room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the river and close to the train station. The onsen at the hotel was small but clean. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Appreciated the ryokan and its absolutely great location. For lunch or dinner go to Ichigyo Ichie, located a short walk to the venue. Tatami room had everything we needed. Not to mention availability of free parking.

We loved our stay here! The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a massage chair that was perfect after a long day of walking around. The staff was very kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location couldn't be better - it was right by the river and just a few minutes walk away from most of the major onsen in the area.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The location was great, right next to a lovely canal and close to a convenient store. the staff were friendly and helpful, and even gave me a complimentary spa pass and discount voucher for souvenirs. the room was spacious and came with a futon in a cupboard.
The hotel could use some renovation, as the carpets were stained and the old smell was a bit off-putting. There were also some unpleasant smells in certain areas.

Central location, unlimited access to hot springs
The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the town, making it easy to access various shops and restaurants. One of the best things about this hotel was the free pass that allowed for unlimited access to hot springs. It made my stay even more relaxing.
The staff seemed uninterested in helping me with my questions upon arrival. , the facilities were not as clean as I would have liked.
